Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage writing on the front a tear to the front cover the cover was detached with foxing at the edges of the cover which has caused the spine to split most of the way(as a result the spine was repaired and the cover reattached) and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
