Here is aBetween the World Wars US Navy Photo. The Photo depicts a review by an Admiral being greeted by a Captain. All are in summer dress white uniforms. You can see a Chief Petty Officer and Warrant Officer in the background, hence nice details. Unnamed. It appears the Captain and probably the Admiral are wearing oversized US Navy Ribbons, probably World War I, and this photo is closer to the end of WWI then the beginning of World War II.
