Black & Decker Loadometer Portable wheel scale. Type D, Serial Number 1999. Patented June 12, 1923 shown on label.The case appears to be constructed from wood and covered with leather, hardware is all original as far as I can tell. The top carry strap is missing.
The red brass tag was in the case but the drive rivets were missing.
Surface rust on chrome and normal scratches from use.
I have not tested the scale function.
