Returns

Returns are not accepted unless the item is notas described. Please contact me to get a return authorization prior toattempting to ship any item back for a return. Note that return shippingis not refundable.

Item arrived Damaged

If you receive your item and it is damaged takepictures of the item and the damage and send them to me using 's messagingby clicking the "Contact Seller" button. If the shipping box orbag is damaged when you receive it take a picture of the packaging prior toopening the package. For US orders your item is insured against damageincurred while shipping. USPS will require pictures of the packaging anditem. Send the pictures and a description of the damage to me and I'llcontact USPS. Keep in mind that USPS may require additional pictures oryou to take the packaging and item to your local post office for inspection.Keep all packaging and the item until the claim with USPS has beensettled
