(My husband thought two woman were gorgeous: Sarah Bernhardt and Hedy Lamar - both exotic ... as a result, he loved Art Nouveau ... when otherwise, he loved Queen Anne and maritime paintings - period ... go figure! But I guess that explains how the Movement took hold.
