.This is a rather unusual cdv photograph showing a large church. I simply cannot make out the inscription on the front of the photograph as to where this church was or still is. But on the verso the inscription states Willis Buck at Rushville, New York August 17th 1867. I obtained this image with a Civil War period photo album from a black family in Lake County, Florida back in the 1990’s. Willis Buck is noted as being the 11th U.S. Colored Infantry.As you can see the condition of the photo is poor. It is what it is.
