The \"Old Mold\" Proud Arabian Mare (PAM) was made by Breyer until 1959. Breyer stopped producing it at that time due to similarities to a mold made by Hagen-Renaker. When the mold was reintroduced in 1971 after negotiations with Hagen-Renaker there were minor modifications, including a splayed front left leg. See also the In-Between Mare.
