It is new and never been used, re-sharpened or carried. It is 4 1/8 inches long (closed for folding knives) and weighs approximately 3.9 ounces. The blades are Tru-Sharp Surgical Stainless Steel etched with \"To Serve & Protect\" and \"America\'s Heroes Wear Blue\". The handle is Blue Cloud Corelon with an Oval Nickel Silver CASE Inlay shield. The Nickel Silver bolsters are etched with a Police Badge and an individual serial number.
