Please see all pictures as you will receive everything shown . The house was played with but in good condition .

Flags are missing and I don’t have the original box .

Engine is in good shape but missing driver side mirror and 1/2 the front light bar .The engine bay door goes up and down it stays up like it should the door is a little snug at the half way point but opens and closes by hand. You don’t need to pry on it or anything like that I’m just mentioning it . These minor issues are reflected in my sale price . Your items will be packed to protect these houses are pretty heavy so I will make sure it’s protected. Shipped within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive a picture of your package and receipt with the tracking number via message at the time it is dropped off at the shipping facility. Feel free to ask questions before purchase .
