This is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Very Nice David Winter Cottage. Hand crafted and hand painted in Britain in 1985, this features \'Yeoman\'s Farm House\' which is part of the \"Heart of England\" series. This is a sculpture of a small white farm house with brick trim and greenery around it. This comes with the original box, and green felt on the base for protection. The base has the original sticker and the back of the piece is etch-signed and dated.
The cottage measures 2 1/8\" High x 4 1/8\" Wide at the base and the original box measures 3 7/8\" High x 4 7/8\" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this cottage.
