Remarkable rare matching pair of Delft'sLARGE GINGER JARS WITH MATCHING LIDSHANDMADE HOLLAND/BELGIUMprice is for BothCREAM BACKGROUND WITH HANDPAINTED FLOWERS COVERING ALL (in blues, burnt yellow/tans, green, and sienna, see pix)Cobalt blue RARE OPEN twisted handles on matching floral lids. Blue trim top and bottom of jars.
Both have imprint on bottom Delfts Handmade for Jema Holland by H Bequet and CIE S.C. Belgium(AKA HUBERT BEQUET)
Excellent condition- no chips cracks or missing paint. But I rate this VG/exc as **there is about 1-2" of crackling around top of ginger jars, and on the lids- and shelf wear on bottoms- see close up photos.see measurements above and see photos for details from every angle.
These are from an estate, single owner collector, nonsmoker/no pets. I have other items listed from this estate now if you are looking for something special.also this price is for the pair- similar single jars have recently been selling at $140-189.
