Apart of the 15th Year Anniversary of Department 56’s North Pole Series, thisuniqueandrarebuilding is theearly release editionfor Alfie’s Toy School For Elves. It features ablue roofand islimited to year of production. Each building from thisspecial editioncollectionfeatures a gold weathervane with a letter to spell out SANTA. This is the second building in the collection with the letter A. The weathervane’s are very fragile and can be broken easily so handle them with care. This set includes the coordinated accessory,Passing Inspection With Flying Colors.These items arebrand newand only opened for inspection. Sleeves show minor shelf wear. There is a small tear on the top corner of the lid for Alfie’s.
