This watercolor giclée print "Tombstone Quake" by Kevin-John is a rare addition for any Haunted Mansion or Disney fan. It is very different from almost all of the giclée's produced for Disney. I have a very large collection (which I am selling on here) and I have never seen a "watercolor giclée" before. I was attracted to it because it features the only human in the attraction - The Caretaker (and his dog, of course). His lantern and the tombstones give it a familiar feel and when you look a little closer you see the tree like you are coming down out of the attic as well as the flying ghosts projected onto the scrim in the graveyard scene are in the background.
This is a LARGE print. Shipping may get a little expensive. The print itself measures 19.5" X 15.75" while the overall framed measurements are 28.75" X 25". It is double matted, which may be a little hard to see. The inner mat board is purple and it is very thin, while the outer mat board is pretty wide and makes the proportions work. The frame is 2.75" wide and the thickness of the motif add weight to the piece.
This print is a Limited Edition 19/95, it has the COA on the back and the artist has signed it on the front. There is also a small metal nameplate and nails in a small bag on the back hanging wire. This should be added to the front center bottom. It was once the standard for the artist and title, and you can easily find examples online or in museums.
