We will file a USPS insurance claim for you to settle it and to process your refund. Please keep the damaged item in the original box until USPS processes the claim. We will advise when you can dispose of the broken item. This is vital since USPS may request to inspect the broken item. If they do, we will ask you to bring the item in the original box with the entire packing contents to your post office.
