EXTREMELY RARE Piece Of Petrified Wood From Lesvos Petrified Forest In Greece:

This is a very rare piece of natural red petrified wood from the island of Lesvos, Greece. The petrified forest of Lesvos was preserved during the Miocene Period around 18 million years ago. The fossil also appears to have lichen on one side. The fossil has a very natural tree trunk appearance with the bottom being polished. It came with a Lesbos sticker attached to it. It measures 2.75\" x 2.5\" and weighs 9 ounces. It is in excellent condition.
