TheseMeerschaums were collected between 1975 and 1979 mainly using CAO pipes andtheir salesman of that day, Rex Bell. Hefound me some stunning slightly out of the ordinary ones that I loved. They are beautiful and large and made of avery high-grade material that have been master carved. Pipeswhere smoked in rotation and properly cared for between. Mainly using CAO cleaning products and theirbeeswax. Fromthat time to today time the dollar has gone up 5.22 times. So a $100 pipe then would be $522 somethingin today’s dollars yet made of very good meerschaum.
