Operating in 1941–1942, it was composed of pilots from the United States Army Air Corps (USAAC), Navy (USN), and Marine Corps (USMC), and was commanded by Claire Lee Chennault. Their Curtis P-40B Warhawk aircraft, marked with Chinese colors, flew under American control. Recruited under President Franklin Roosevelt's authority before Pearl Harbor, their mission was to bomb Japan and defend the Republic of China, but many delays meant the AVG first flew in combat after the US and Japan declared war.Inflation is hitting us hard and our costs have gone up dramatically. So we promise to our prices as low as possible for as long as we can, but we have no idea how long that we be able to hold out before there is another rise. So don't delay, it may not be this price very long.

BULLION EMBLEMS

Our bullion emblems are hand made, each stitch hand embroidered with a gold or silver wire bullion.

These are not to be confused with regular embroidered emblems.

All wire bullion emblems @ The Company of Eagles are ours: replica's made from our specifications by craftsmen recognized worldwide as masters in this field.

The quality is superior and you are sure to be pleased with your purchases.

Company History

The Company of Eagles was established in 1985 by an Air Force veteran.

The company was re-established under new ownership in 2014 after passing of the founder and his son. The business was left to the son's life long friend who was there to see the building of the company from the beginning and still uses the same family of craftsmen to create these magnificent emblems. Our promise was, and remains to continue the legacy of the Bergsmann family business. The new ownership has been in the apparel trades since 2004 and combined these two businesses into a single operation. So our offerings are an expansion of available products to better serve the collectors and gift markets. You can always be confident in the quality of products from The Company of Eagles. Thank You, and we look forward to serving you!
