Acquired from a local sale close to home. Lady who sold me this candlestick was selling some items she no longer wanted or used. She indicated that this candlestick is called a French Empire style. I do not know if indeed this style is correct but I what can tell you is that this candlestick looks amazing. The lines on this took a lot of work based on the design. It is also very heavy and well balanced. I have no idea if the material here is brass or bronze so hopefully you can tell based on the photos.
