The sign is a commemorative replica of the original 1920s 'Fulper-Stangl Pottery' dealer sign. Created in 1998 to for the twentieth anniversary of the closing of Stangl Pottery in 1978. Manufactured for the Stangl/Fulper Collectors Club for the June 1998 "Stangl, Twenty Years After" celebration. Great gift forStangl/Fulper Pottery or Sign or Advertising collectors - if not for yourself! No cracks, chips, or repairs, sparklingclean, little to no crazing, a few glaze bubble/pops.
Marked on the rear "Stangl, Twenty Years After..., 1978-1998, Stangl/Fulper Collectors Club, June 1998" Sign is 6 3/4 high, 5 1/2 wide by 1 1/2" thick.
