Original WW1 era German photo. The smiling pilot in the front wears the famed Gibralter cufftitle and observer badge.
Note the airplane and flight badge scenes on the wall behind the group.
They also were sleeve patches with number 253 and Flieger Erstaz Abteilung 2 shoulder boards.
Photo is more clear and better looking in person than this new image system shows!
