German WW2 M40 Helmet (Q66): $505.00
Decent original M40 with liner. Outer shell is solid with no dings or dents. Appears to have had several layers of period applied paint by brush stroke which shows better in the last pictures under sunlight. Liner pins are tight with the shell and have lost a certain amout of the paint which is fairly common for well used early helmets. Inside helmet has a smooth issue field gray finish and is marked \"Q 66\" over a serial of \"24*2\" on the center rear flange. Liner has an early/pre war aluminum band and while one of some of the leather finger tips is missing. the rest are all held in by the original drawstring. This is an oriignal, unmessed with M40 that clearly experienced regular field use. Domestic SH&I will be $20.00
