In my opinion -- This comic is VF or better . LIGHTLY USED -- VERY SMALL 1/4 TEAR AT TOP OF SPINE -- minor corner wear, very light spine stress, very clean and flat, some light edge wear. Please look at the HIGH RES SCANS and make an informed decision.
