One of one? In 38 yrs. This is the only one I\'ve ever seen and the quality is exceptional. Has gilt and gilt loss but overall condition is great with no bronze losses. The inkwell inserts were either missing or were never there but I had one that fit so I added it. Not sure where presented but is dated. It measures16.5\" wide by 12.5\" tall. A great example. Believe it\'s Nautical with the wings through the ships wheel for Transportation...Speed and Progress on the water.
