Hagen Renaker John Darling Peter Pan Figurine Foil Label 1957 Super-rare Repaired

Here is a very rare Hagen Renaker figurine of John Darling from the Disney animated movie Peter Pan. Designed by Don Winton and issued in the spring of 1957. John is dressed in his white nightshirt, wearing a black top hat, and carrying an umbrella. He has a little round gold foil label on the top of his hat which reads; Walt Disney Prod.

This darling figurine is the hardest to find of the Hagen Renaker Peter Pan set produced for Disney. So even though his head has been broken off and glued back on....I felt he was worth saving. The older repair job is pretty good. His head is matched up to the body nicely. There is some glue residue upon close inspection. As with most old glazed pottery pieces, there is light crazing. There are no other repairs and the only other blemish that I can find is a tiny chip at the tip of his umbrella which cannot be seen until you turn him over.

He measures 2 1/8 inches tall.
