The pendant consists of a large Easter Blue turquoise stone with an accenting large chunky coral stone. The turquoise stone measures around 1-1/2\" X 1\". The entire beautiful unique silver hand pendant measures around 3\" X 1\". The rest of the necklace is comprised of a wonderful silver link chain. Such a beautiful necklace. Sterling silver, marked.
