Imperial Russian Army Officer\'s Fur Hat. Lamb\'s wool fur hat with quilted lining, wool khaki crown, and metal officer\'s cockade on front. The quilted lining is intact, but has some fading-staining along edges (photo 7) There is deterioration, insect damage to the bottom edge to the rear of the cap (photo 6) and the officer\'s cockade is stained with what appears to be a rust stain from storage, although there is no actual rust or corrosion of any kind apparent.An overall rare cap to be found.
