A rare and old Banjara pillow case from madhya pradesh (a state in the central India), this embroidery belongs to bhil Banjara tribe.

In India, the Banjaras have many tribe's and each tribe has rich and distinctive embroidery pattern. I have, in my shop tried to showcase many of these and in this endeavor I am sharing this extremely beautifully hand embroidered Pillow cover.

It has one end open for the filling, at the front it has running cross stitch in different colorful thread.it has beautiully embroidered figure work as well.at the back it has fine mishru cloth (a mix of cotton and silk) The material used is cotton.

Measurements: 63 CM X 42 CM

These are very rare embroideries and are very tough to source. A PERFECT FOR YOUR BOHO INSPIRED HOUSE.
