LORTONE model 1.5E ROTARY TUMBLER barrel style rock polishing tool. From part of an estate, it does power on & run. There is old oil residue on it from them oiling the spinning rods for use. The barrel measures 4 1/2 wide, 3 5/16 long measuring the outside.
