I am not a \"Rock Hound\" Per Se, Just Have always Been fascinated with concretions...So Cool !

But From my research, Concretions are formed when clay orOther Cementing Material, Collects around Various Types of a Nucleus to form A Disc, Sphere, or Other Unique Shape Some Resembling animals or Human form. It is akin to the Way a Pearl Forms in an Oyster. Concretions vary Considerably in their Shapes, Sizes, and Mode of Origin.All of the Concretions I Currently Have Listed for sale are From My Private Collection, which I am now Parting with, and were self - mined from the clay banks and waters of the Schoharie Creek / Delaware River, Catskill Mountain region in Upstate New York many Years ago.
