Large porcelain sculpture of Napoleon Bonaparte on horseback. Made at the Meissen Porcelain Napoleon Crossing the Alps" (1801 - 1805). This sculpture shows Napoleon on a horse which rears up. Below the pair is a crushed cannon. The base has an "N" for Napoleon. The underside of the sculpture has the Meissen Crossed Swords mark . Metal sword is included. Good condition overall


Germany 2nd half of XIX cent Porcelain. modeling. polychrome overglaze painting. gilding. mount height - 74 cm. length - 46 cm good preservation .
