I am not a professional seller. My father passed away and I am tasked with clearing out his various collections. This includes a large collection of Libyan/Egyptian Desert Glass he collected on several treks into the deep southwest desert of Egypt several decades ago. There are about 100 total pieces ranging from a few grams to 1.88 kilograms, and even a huge one at 7.8 kg but we probably won\'t sell that one.
There will also be a large coin collection (US, Canada, international), Roman/Phoenician artifacts from Tunisia, Egypt and Lebanon, Neolithic arrow and spearheads, and African art and masks from Cameroon, Burundi and Zaire.
These 5 pieces of Desert Glass weigh 25 grams together and has never been cut, polished or modified in any way. Our father found all these in SW Egypt in the early 1990\'s and it has been in our family ever since, so there is no certificate of any kind. In an effort to expedite this process of selling all these pieces, some of the smaller ones will be sold in groups of 2 - 5 pcs.
