Every loose and sealed trading card product that we stock is the North American, English variant. All loose and unsealed products we stock are considered \"used.\" Individual cards were personally pulled by us from their respective sets, and generally were immediately placed in a clear protective sleeve and top loader. Cards have not been placed into a binder or stacked with other cards, come from a smoke-free and pet-free environment, and are professionally stored.

If this listing is for a loose, individual card, we would classify this listing as \"Lightly Played\" condition. However, condition is partially subjective, even for cards that are freshly pulled from sealed product. There are factors that each person considers and values differently that, therefore, affect condition classification on a case by case basis. These factors include, but are not limited to, print lines, centering, card warping, edge wear, factory misprints, general factory print quality, and other general imperfections. If the listing contains multiple quantities for sale, condition may slightly vary from the photos due to the available quantity not being exactly identical. However, a card of an identical condition classification will selected and sent. All trading card orders are documented and verified prior to shipping.

As with any trading card game, cards obtained from sealed products are randomized by the manufacturer, and we do not have any influence over what cards will be received inside sealed products. Each sealed product has varying ratios, set by the manufacturer, that will affect the chances of obtaining each card from a specific set. Booster Packs and Sealed Products are factory/manufacturer sealed and all come from official authentic suppliers/vendors or official boxes/cases. We do NOT sell resealed products as it is strictly against policy, and we use meticulous methods to ensure this listed product is genuine. Any claim, or case, alleging that a card is not genuine or that a sealed product has been resealed, will be refuted with proof of purchase. Orders for packs and loose cards totaling $19.99 or less before tax will be shipped with ’s new USPS Standard Envelope Delivery service (2-7 business days), which includes light tracking. Tracking updates are minimal & generally only update at sorting facilities. Tracking scans may not occur due to how letters with this type of tracking are processed. This shipping service is delivered the same way as all stamped USPS letter mail. Depending on the product & weight, orders will be shipped using either a 5” x 7” Non-Padded White Cardboard Envelope or a 5\" x 7\" Non-Padded Brown Paperboard Mailjacket Envelope. If the order is under $19.99 before tax, the type of envelope that will be used to ship this listing is shown in the listing photos.

Individual cards or stickers will be securely placed into a sealed top loader with a pull tab. Sleeves used for cards are soft, clear, acid-free, & contain no PVC. Booster packs will not be placed in a top loader. If you would prefer that the order be shipped in a secure box with padding, please select any of the alternative shipping options during checkout. Orders totaling $20.00 or more before tax will automatically be upgraded, for free, to USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Expedited shipping services are also available at checkout, & must be selected prior to submitting payment.

Regardless of when a shipment notification is received, orders are always handed over to the shipping carrier Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) by 4:30pm PST & Saturday (excluding holidays) by 1:30pm PST. Transit time is unaffected since all shipments for the day are processed by the carrier after public business hours. Any purchases made around or after the above drop-off times will be handed over to the carrier at the following business day\'s drop-off time. USPS shipments require 24 hours from drop-off time to begin receiving tracking updates. In very rare instances, USPS initial scans may occur a few days after drop-off in the destination state\'s distribution center. Alternate carrier services will always receive an initial scan. All orders will have valid tracking.

While the majority of orders will be delivered on or before the estimated date(s), it is still only an estimate. Delays sometimes occur, & is not something we have any influence over. Please be mindful of this throughout the year & during the end-of-year holiday season. We monitor outbound shipments daily. If we notice a shipment has not received any new updates in over 7 business days, we are generally proactive in opening research inquiries for lengthy deliveries. We appreciate your understanding & patience.

It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure their address is correct at the time of checkout & to provide the carrier with a secure location for delivery. Addresses will NOT be changed after a purchase, as it is against policy & removes any protection for both parties. The order will be canceled & may be reordered with the correct address. If a shipment is being held by the carrier, it is the buyer\'s responsibility to arrange a pick-up or request a redelivery. Per carrier policy, the shipment will be returned to us after 14 days if it is not retrieved by the buyer.©
