Yes very rare and probably will never see another. Base is signed and also label affixed to back. No chips or cracks, small manufacturing stress relief line at entry point if cord,wiring in very good useful condition. About 7" tall and 6" across the widest part of the base.

Definitely the rarest of all Hammat pottery you could ever find. Great addition to any collection or the perfect accessory for your mid century bedroom.
