We have been in the collectibles business for 20 years and have a vastinventory of products. We stock Trading cards, Collectible card games, Comics,Transformers and other 80s Toys.

Payment:

We will combine shipping whenever possible. Please request an invoice ifyou want a combined total. We don't always spot overpayments and we don't wantyou to feel that you've been overcharged.

Please pay within 7 days except by prior arrangement. We will file with to reclaim our costs on unpaid items.

Shipping Costs:

We will combine shipping where ever we can, please ask us or request aninvoice if your not sure. Please note sell sheets cannot be combined with otheritems.

Please do not purchase several items and pay for them all separately thiscauses no end of headaches especially if you later decide you wanted to combineshipping.

We dispatch items on a Monday and a Thursday. If you need your item reallyurgently please drop us an email and we will try and help.

Delivery times:

Please be aware that the post office are extremely incompetent.

UK items should be delivered in 1-2 days but it is possible for them totake longer. We will consider an item lost after 14 days and replace or refundat this point.

International items should be delivered in 5-7 days but it is possible forthem to take up to 28 days, we really don't understand why. We will considerand item lost after 28 days and replace or refund at this point.

If you are concerned please purchase the tracked option Special Delivery/InternationalTracked. We have never (fingers crossed) had an item get lost using these twomethods.

Returns:

Incorrect or Damaged Goods:

We try our hardest not to make mistakes but we're only human and occasionallymistakes do happen. In the rare instance that this happens please email us andtell us the problem. Unfortunately we're not blessed with psychic powers so weneed to be told that there's something wrong. Leaving a rant on our responsedoesn't help anyone, please talk to us. We will always try and correct anyproblem.

Unwanted or mistakenly purchased Items:

We operate the standard 14 day returns policy, please return the itemsto us exactly as they have been shipped. Items that have had parts removed orbeen damaged by you will not be refunded.

We will only refund the cost of the item. If you simply changed your mindthen we will retain the p&p that we've paid out.

Collecting trading cards can be dangerous, all cards are sold by trained athletes, do not attempt this at home bla bla bla.
