MONTBLANC 254 is up for sale.The 200 series from the 1950s was designed as a cheaper model compared to Montblanc\'s representative models, the 146 and 149, and is a mid-sized model among them.Compared to the 100 series with its celluloid body and Meisterstück name, and the 300 series which is an entry-level line with basic specifications, the 200 series with its snap-on cap and wing nib is an ambitious model.
The unique touch of the Vintage Wing nib is one of a kind.Although a snap-on cap is commonplace in modern times, it was quite rare for a fountain pen of this era.
Unfortunately, this model often cracks due to the cap being inserted too far (the more you push it in, the more it will go in), but the one being offered for sale this time is not cracked.
