Introducing the Maple Syrup Reverse Osmosis Portable Stand with complete filtration kit. A sturdy wooden rack designed exclusively for the back yard sugar bush, this light weight unit is easily stowed away when the sap flow stops, and easily picked up and carried to your desired setup location.

The unit is fitted with a 1 gpm Aquatech water boosting pump with 115v transformer. The pump is plumbed with a 3/8\" x 30\" wand to submerse into your raw maple sap, then plumbed down to a 1/4\" poly tubing as it is run through 5 micron pre filter (2 included in kit). The R/O system is setup with 150 GPD element then run in series through 4 stages before the concentrate is discharged for your sugaring process.

Typically when the unit is operated at anywhere between 65 to 90 psi we see roughly a 40% to 50% reduction from raw maple sap to concentrate, and see better yield running it twice. results may vary dependingon sugar content, outside temperatureand psi settings.

Setup Contains two 5 micron pre filters, four 150 gpd elements, one 3/8\" seven foot with 30\" wand, two 1/4\" x 8 ft discharge hoses one for permeate, second for concentrate.
