Mid 19th Century Old Paris / Bohemian Black Pink Gold Portrait Dresser Bottles PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING OR MAKING AN OFFER. Pretty pair of mid 19th century Old Paris or Bohemian / Franco Bohemian porcelain dresser bottles. Each bottle is painted in black and pink with a portrait on the front framed in a gold gilt oval, gold gilt scrollwork, and hand enameled small white flowers with gold gilt leaves. Unmarked except for an incised number on the bottom. These have some wear to the gilding and some loss to the floral enamel. The all black stopper has been broken in at least four large pieces at one time and glued back together. There are several smaller pieces that are missing, a crack extending off part of the break, and chips to the bottom of the stopper as well. The two bottles themselves and the black and pink stopper do not have any chips or cracks. Each bottle measures approximately 2 7/8 inches wide x 7 1/2 inches tall including the stopper.
