I only purchase Government Surplus. All the items I sell are Government Surplus, not overruns or second market items. It could be AF, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard. We can\'t really be sure unless we get the originating transfer papers, which is sometimes in the boxes.I also list articles like these as used, since they are surplus. So items will be listed as USED, even though they may be completely new and unissued. Some items which we have received appear to be off the shelve items and not government issue. In those cases we will tell you, but all items are received through the government surplus system.
