NATO Army European HBT bush safari jacket coat :

I believe this to be a Dutch Army jacket, it's at least NATO/European. It's herringbone twill (HBT) material, likely cotton. Has bullseye ink stamping and sizing label inside of yoke below collar. Resembles a safari jacket, with epaulets and four patch pockets.Marked size 96M (medium-Regular). Fits like a US size 40 IMHO, approx. measurements are:

Laid flat, across chest at armpits: 21.5 inches
Sleeve inseam: 20.5 inches
Down back, from base of collar: 30 inches
