Here is an old cabinet card photo of a group of 9 men dressed in suits. The photo was taken by Laughner\'s of Braddock, PA. Unfortunately, there is nothing written on the photo identifying the men, nor is there a date or place on the photo. I did some research and found that the photographer was Logan Mayberry Laughner. He was born in 1865 and died in 1927 in Ligonier, Westmoreland County, PA. His obituary stated that he had moved to Ligonier 20 years ago from Braddock, which would mean that this phot was taken prior to or in 1907. The men might be part of a men\'s club, perhaps the two men in the center are showing off their secret handshake, looks like the man in the back row is sleeping, the man in front of him is reading a book, but his eyes look like they might be closed, too, not sure. The one man holding the other man\'s hand has his other hand raised as if he\'s taking a pledge. Interesting photograph.The photo is clear, but there are some marks on it from age and storage. The cardboard it is mounted on has some rough spots around the edges and corners. Would make a great research project for the local historian. Postage will be 4.40 to the U. S.IF OUTSIDE THE U.
