This sale is for an old package of three Lovely Empire Pencil Co 447 - No. 2 pencils (Made in America). The package is 95% still sealed with a cellophane wrapper with printing on the cellophane. The printing includes \"3 Pencils for 10c - Pencils by Empire - Empire Pencil Co Shelbyville, Tenn. U.S.A.\" Note the \"Trade\" E inside of shield logo and also the stylized, rounded \"E\" in \"Empire\" on the cellophane. Not dated, but based on the design and price of pencils (3 for a dime) I believe this would be from around 1967 to 1973. The item measures approx. 7-1/2\" x 1\". The pencils and erasers are unused. The cellophane is 95% sealed with a small (1/2\") flap at the bottom split up. The pencils/packaging are in excellent condition other than a small split at the bottom of the cellophane.
