Original Native American NAVAJO Clay Pottery VASE Painted CARVED FEATHER Signed Unusual tall and narrow shape, very elegant 9.5\" high, opening at top is 2.5\" across. 4\" across at widest, 2 5/8\" base. 12.25\" around at shoulder. Design wraps around pot. Signed on base with the carved initials KMK and the word NAVAJO with the date 2003. This is a very collectible piece. Stunning- This piece has wide bands of completely different hand carved designs in shades of turquoise blue, white, and black, in matte paint. Gorgeous and very intricate hand carved designs down into the fired red clay. Designs are of tall feathers, clouds and sunrays- plus geometric overlapping patterns Completely unique and one of a kind Looks magnificent from any angle
Great for a collector, would look beautiful on display. Excellent vintage condition, No nicks chips cracks or repair. Normal very light almost imperceptible paint rubs to the black on bottom band, see last photo. Exceptional shape, rare.
