Item is in used condition. Please refer to pictures for condition. I did do a pull test with the leather, the leather was firm and did not show any weak signs. It is over 100 years old though. I did apply conditioner to the leather to clean it and hydrate the leather. The date is hard to read but you can make it out as you see with the pictures
