This unique Anatomical Skeleton hand etched in ordinary glass is a beautiful addition to any outsider art or scientific art collection. The artist, whose signature is visible in the photo, created this stunning piece of outsider art for me while I was both a Dead Head and studying A&P. There\'s a neive and inspired beauty that is sure to impress. The figurine features salvaged broken window glass and a reclaimed wormy chestnut board stand with a 3D effect reminiscent of a window . This guy was out there literally and figuratively, Living in a treehouse with a single extension cord from a barn. I can\'t remember or read his name. Gave it to me to \"Study\" maybe I should have studied his name. He made alot of weird stuff out of stuff he found on this farm we went camping at ( found objects )and was not trained as an artist or anything else, I don\'t think. I feel like the was one of the first people I saw doing this kind of thing with various reclaimed, recycled,and found objects. Stuff with machine parts and any other thing you might find in an old barn. Just someone else ( amazing ) following the Dead in the \'80s. I think it was in Luray, VA.
