*** Official White House-Issue *** This is an original, authentic PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY BILL SIGNING PEN that originates with a Kennedy insider who worked in the White House. The Esterbrook-made pen measures just over 6.0\" in length. The transparent Lucite shaft is emblazoned with THE PRESIDENT - THE WHITE HOUSE in white and the nib shows ink from the 1963 bill signing ceremony. (The shaft imprint measures approx. 43mm.) Accompanied by a black & white photo of Kennedy with signing pen (contemporary 4\"x6\" photo) and a sheet of authentic vintage White House Presidential stationery. Also included is a statement of authenticity providing details about the pen. (Document is reserved for the buyer and is not shown in the listing to prevent unauthorized duplication.) This pen was actually used by John F. Kennedy to sign legislation into law during the last year of his Presidency. As a witness to history, this extraordinary relic has been carefully preserved for six decades. Both the pen and stationery sheet are in excellent vintage condition.An incredibly rare opportunity to own an iconic piece of history actually used by the 35th President of the United States.
