Pair of German Antique Figurines-Sheep Herder Farmer Couple 12320After England decreed in 1897 that goods imported to England and its colonies must be marked with their origin, German porcelain was marked \"Made in Gernany \". Inevitably all porcelains with such a marking originate from productionafter 1887. Up for sale are a pair of figurines that are only marked Germany 12320 so I am assuming they must be antiques made before 1887. Research indicates that the artist is Schneider. There is a marking on the bottoms (see photos).They are both in excellent condition.
