We sell these as collectibles and are not returnable. The bracelet is semi flexible and the charm and bead slide through it.This is really hard to photograph, but has more detail than pictured and is new in a nice gift box, and make very nice gifts.Chain is about 7.75" inches long and the charm is small and about 3/4" high.I will offer these at a fair price and will allow discounts on multiple purchases only, not on one at these prices, shipping and fees are high on one and already offered at a big discount to retail..
