This pen is in excellent working order. The piston is working well and the nib is juicy and lays down a good amount of ink. You can see some hairline crack on the cap lip under the cap rings. They do not effect the operation of the cap at all. It\'s just something I wanted to point out for full transparency. The cracks came with the pen when I bought it about a year ago. I am selling it because I want a different Pelikan. I have several 400 and 200 series and want to graduate to a larger Pelikan.
This pen will make a great addition to someone\'s collection. It\'s truly a classic.
