Quality Controls:All of our manga comes shrink wrapped in order to ensure that our manga stays in new condition and does not get damaged from shelf scuffing, accidental nicks, or page oxidization (yellowing). Any volumes that are delivered to us with no factory wrap are personally shrink wrapped once unpacked. While we will strive to shrink wrap volumes as professionally as possible, there may be some imperfections with the shrink wrap.
Return Policy:All of our listings come with a 30 day return policy.In the event you no longer want an item and wish to return it, item(s) must be received in new condition with their shrink wrap still intact for a full refund.Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.Any items returned opened, used, damaged, or otherwise not in new condition through no fault of the return shipping carrier will be subject to a variable refund deduction depending on the state of the item(s).
Returns initiated due to item arriving damaged, doesn\'t match the listing description, or because it is the wrong item are subject to the Money Back Guarantee Policy. If we have more of the same item in stock, you may request a replacement in lieu of a return.
