Comes as shown, used condition. Wartortle has no tail and I am unsure of the authenticity of the Blastoise, or whether it is a Moncolle toy or not.

No intent to deceive, but buyer beware when it comes to anything battery operated. If you purchase a brand new item from me and there is an issue such as receiving the wrong item, do NOT open the item. If you open the item, I will NOT accept the return nor will I refund you, as the item no longer has its value.

With toys, some wear is assumed, I won\'t bother with describing this. With regard to heavier wear or minor damage, and rather than explaining significant defects in detail for each of these items, I\'ll take pictures when applicable which highlight notable and obvious flaws beyond normal play wear. Please study the pictures carefully. I\'m happy to provide more individualized details or pictures on request.

I understand condition is subjective, and I am sensitive to that. I will disclose all significant blemishes and points of damage. Again, if you have any questions about conditional factors more minor than that, ask me before committing to purchase.
